Kelly Hanick introduced herself to us by phone when our house was for sale by owner and we had already moved to Punta Gorda. We were impressed by her and kept her contact information. Unlike other realtors who had called, she was professional in her approach wanting to assist us in "the whole process of listing, marketing and sale". Others had offered cut rate commissions in the hopes of listing and waiting for someone else to sell. Most sounded like they were clueless about our property. All through the process Kelly was a hands on realtor. Great professional who knows her business inside and out, she is a great person! We will use again and highly recommend to others.
